Contribution between 41,00 € and 65,00 € per day, depending on the room category. Pets are not allowed into the dining room, on the meadow and the wellness area. Arrival: Your room will be available after 3 p.m. Departure: On the day of departure, you must leave your room by 11 a.m. You can pay your bill with Visa or Mastercard, check or cash with the limit of € 999,00 per room. Late check out: For the late check out we charge 38,00€ per person. General canellation policy: The cancellation conditions apply according to the Italian Civil Code (Art. 1382): Up to 6 weeks before arrival the cancellation is free. In case of a paid deposit we credit it for a future stay, but we do not offer a refund of it. For cancellations made 6 weeks to 11 days before arrival, we charge 40% of the booking price. For cancellations made 10 days to 1 day before arrival, we charge 70% of the booking price. In the event of no-show, late arrival or early departure, 100% of the booking is charged. Cancellations are only accepted in writing. The cancellation conditions apply irrespective of whether the cancelled rooms are resold in full or in part. If a deposit has already been paid, we will credit it for a future stay after consideration of the cancellation conditions. We do not offer a refund.If you need to cancel your stay, we offer you the opportunity to rebook it for free up to 3 weeks before your arrival. The new booking must be made for a period within the same year, and is not eligible for free cancellation. In this case, cancellations are charged 40% until 11 days before arrival, 70% between 10 days and 1 day before arrival, and 100% in the event of no-show, late arrival or early departure.Notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumers’ Code) Cancellation insurance: We recommend taking out our travel insurance, which covers cancellation fees in the event of accident, illness or death of the insured and their children, parents or grandparents. With this pricelist, all previous pricelists are invalid. ### Directions to our hotel Arrival by public transport The nearest train station is Bolzano, accessible by Austrian, Swiss, and German Railways. You can find an overview on Trainline. From the station, the 185 bus line takes about 45 minutes directly to the hotel (timetables on Südtirol Mobil). Alternatively, the Südtirol Transfer Shuttle connects Bolzano, Bressanone train stations, and long-distance bus stops in Klausen and Bolzano directly to the Cyprianerhof. The MobilCard Südtirol, available free at reception, allows unlimited use of public transport. Arrival by plane The Bolzano Dolomites Regional Airport offers direct flights with Sky Alps from cities like Brussels, Copenhagen, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, and London. Other nearby airports include Innsbruck, Munich, Verona, Bergamo, and Milan. Arrival by car From the north (e.g., Munich): Take the A8, A93, and A12 to Innsbruck, then the Brenner motorway (A13/A22) to Bolzano Nord. Continue on the SS12 towards Blumau, then follow signs for Tires – Niger Pass to St. Zyprian. From the west (e.g., Ulm): Via Kempten, Füssen, the Fern Pass, Landeck, the Resia Pass, and Merano to Bolzano. Continue on the SS12 to Blumau, then turn right towards Tires – Niger Pass and onward to St. Zyprian. From the west (e.g., Zurich): Via Landquart, Klosters, and the Vereina Tunnel, then through Zernez, the Ofen Pass, and Merano to Bolzano. From there, follow the SS12 towards Blumau, as described above. From the east (e.g., Lienz): Via the Puster Valley to Bressanone, then onto the A22 towards Bolzano Nord and onward as described above.
